Much better than plastic
Love these place mats look great

Do not buy these.
I could not get a full cup of tea or any sort of glass to sit on these. They are just not flat or even. Useless as coasters.

No good for glasses
I bought these as coasters particularly for cups and wine glasses. They are so uneven the wine glasses were unsteady and wobbling on them

Slightly inverted in shape, but nice quality and look good.

The product is like is described in the picture. It's very nice!

Disappointing - not flat
Have returned them as the coasters are not flat, they are convex on one side and concave on the other so cups and glasses do not sit on them properly and are at risk of tipping over. Such a shame as I wanted them to match the water hyacinth place mats that I have already (from another company).
