Bad product and bad service
Three complaints. First, the radiator valve came without any instructions for how to install it. Second, no matter how I tried, I couldn't get the valve installed. The reason is that it's not a "fit-all" valve; it's only a "fits-some" valve. Third, try as I might, I couldn't get a complaint filed with the company. After filling out my complaint, I clicked on "send message" but it would never send. Boo!
