These worked surprisingly well. I used them for a large stock of towels. I have far more than I now use, but didn't want to throw almost new towels away. The bags take up less than half the space the original towels took up. Do check the size of the bags, as they are quite rigid once pumped out. My cupboard is just the right size, which was simply good luck. I'm not sure how well they would bend to fit a smaller space.Not difficult to pack, about fifty strokes of the pump needed, zip easy to use. I can't comment on how long the suction will hold of course, but seems fine so far.

Brilliant Product, vaccum pump works really well. Bags are large and very strong and air doesn't leak. Bags however are quite large so not really for anything small like clothes.

Perfect size for lots of clothes and a whole bedding set (including covers) they are really good at holding the shape and size. They only tend to expand back when I have not closed them properly or they are too full so keep in mind. They are really good quality bags and feel durable

Really great idea for storing clothes. I have a couple of The North Face down coats that I needed to store during summer and as they’re very poofy make it harder. However these bags were great at really shrinking them down and feeling protected. The hand pump and the suction works really well. Very easy to use and the size for the large bags is fantastic.Sadly I’ve knocked two stars off as one of the bags ripped immediately out of nowhere down the side seam, so that was a little disappointing to say the least.

These Amazon Basics vacuum storage bags are much larger than I expected, which turned out to be a bonus! They easily fit bulky items like bedding and really helped save space.The only downside was the hand pump, it’s not the most effective.
