Favorite candy, hard to find.

If you don’t like black licorice, this probably isn’t for you—but if you’re feeling a little adventurous, I definitely recommend giving these a try.The blackcurrant hard candy shell is full of bold, fruity flavor, and when you reach the soft licorice center, something magical happens. The combination mellows out the sharpness of the anise, creating a surprisingly balanced and enjoyable candy.The only downside is the price-to-quantity ratio—I do wish the pouches contained a bit more. Still, the unique flavor experience makes them well worth it for me.

Better than I expected. Black current is wonderful, the black licorice is at the center. Hard candy individually wrapped. I then bought another bag.

These candies were good but a bit disappointing .There wasn’t enough licorice in them.

Love these candies, I’ve been searching for years to find these. A friend gave me one in a gift many years ago, I finally found it! AGAIN BRILLIANT!!Just enough sweet tarts with rich licorice; takes the hunger edge away. Smooth, pretty, lasts long time, a prize.
