I won't write about my experience with CoQ10 in general, as that is somewhat subjective and hard to quantify.A friend wanted to take a LARGE dose of CoQ10 as part of an anti-parasite program she was following. Whilst ordering it for my friend I got some for myself. I use it daily for now, as I wish to see what 400mg of CoQ10 each day does for me (nothing quite like first hand experience).Doctor's Best have added Black Pepper Extract into the formula to enhance bio-availability. I did some research online and I see there is some (not a lot, but enough to warrant its use, I think) medical research indicating black pepper extract will enhance CoQ10 uptake. That's interesting, because I already knew of other research in the USA which showed black pepper MASSIVELY (up to 2000x, from memory) increases the effectiveness of turmeric as a health supplement (these particular studies were related to use of turmeric (and curcumin extract) in the treatment of cancer). So it seems black pepper in fact has an ability to improve the bio-availability of various natural substances.This appears to be a vegan/vegetarian friendly formula. Vegetable caps, and (as far as I can ascertain) plant derived ingredients.I recommend the Doctor's Best brand in general, and I recommend this product. This is an amazing product that has changed my life. Last Feb 14th I was in a natural grocery store and I prayed, "God, how about a Valentine's gift from you". After a 14 year headache, I have asked many salespeople/pharmacists/Doctors the question..."do you have anything to help my headache". But this time when I asked the question the salesperson said, "we have Co Q10 on sale for Valentines day...it can strengthen the heart muscle.. but I think I read it can help with migraines." So I said..."I will try it". After playing with the dosage for a month or two I landed on this exact product...and I take 400mg every morning. With this product my head pain drops to a 1-2 on a scale of 1-10...usually about a 6. This enables me to live my life to the fullest...laughing...playing....smiling...enjoying friend/family time! I have tried other brands...this works the best for me. I can count on it 100%, and if I miss my morning dose by midday my old pain is back. Then I quickly take it and within an hour or two I recover. I am praising God for leading me to this relief!

First of all, I will say I love this product. I do believe it helps with the statin fatigue. I also think that it seems to absorb better and has help with overall metabolism.Second, I have been buying this for about five months now, and the price is different everytime I buy it. It has been 26.50, 27,29, 24,51, 27.29, and now I just looked and its 22 dollars and some odd change (all amazon prime). This seems very shady to me, as if they are luring you in to buy it then raise the price, then lower it get you to buy more, then raise it.Third, to prove this point, I just bought Tassimo Expresso from Joe King at 10.00 (amazon prime). I haven't even recieved my product yet, and it is now posted for 10.99 plus 4.99 shipping (NOT amazon prime). Go figure that one out!I would like answers, because it seems to me they prices are played to what we are buying.
