Stopped my bloating

Having taken these for about ten days, I was hoping to see some results by now, I do suffer from fluid retention on my legs, and I wondered if these would help, but the answer is no,They are easy to swallow small capsules, and I didn't notice any side effects, I will persevere with them, but haven't noticed any real effects with regard to water retention, why is my chief reason for taking products like this.On the plus side, I haven't needed to make rush visits to the smallest room, either....

Take one of these capsules three times a day and these gently eliminate excess water. Great for water retention because it's gentle so you hardly notice! The capsules aren't too big and are easy to swallow.

I like that it arrived sealed properly and small enough to swallow easily.As I have been on a diet and feel bloated/leg cramps on some days decided to try these tablets. And what a difference its made! Especially to my leg cramps.I don’t take them everyday, rather as and when I feel bloated/water retention.

Tried this for 2 weeks leading up to my period. Felt absolutely no difference at all. Crucially, it made 0 difference to any water retention issues in the days leading up to my period. No negative side effects but no positive results either.
