I had it before . Glad I found it in Amazon.. I like it for tasteless. Easy to mix and drink. A very small amount & thats enough to get me through the day.. alert focus for my work .. I also take 5htp in the evening before bed.. fast delivery

oh my god. try this. you can't placebo effect away my mental health junk. see if this works for you as it depends on what your brain needs. i feel like a small monkey has been lifted off my back every day. I've actually been doing more than before. the quality is good. I saw the other reviews and asked chatgpt and it said the shimmer makes sense as long as it's not lots of crumbly hard bits which is just from moisture in the air or something in the first place. it's powdery.

Helpful for ADHD
I used this after a friend recommended it for focus to supplement my ADHD medication. I am 33 and take Vyvanse for my ADHD. I could notice a difference in how I felt about 30 minutes after mixing this with my water. I will say, I could see this going either way. I wasn’t expecting the feeling I got and could almost see it causing a headache if I took too much. But for me, I think it really helps.

Works great just causes my stomach to hurt. And I've tried a couple of times always causes stomach cramps the next day

I am ADHD
I like this supplement a lot for the focus and boost I need throughout the day. I use once or twice a day, usually only once in AM to help with workout. I am in week two of using the product and feel that my overall attention is getting a bit better. I am Pharma free and choose to use supplements vs Adderall, Strattera, etc. So far this helps for daily routines.

Ok, good brand
Got this by mistake as I do not have any thyroid problems so I gifted it to a friend who can benefit from it. This brand doesn’t disappoint with their products. It has no taste and it’s rather easy to mix.
