I’ve been taking these tablets for 7 months now and my thinning hair has improved quite a bit. I am 65 with medium length grey hair which has a natural wave. My hair started breaking off around my face noticeably (but probably all over) about a year ago and it was dry and thin. I always wear it in a bun or claw clip, but there were so many stray hairs that were too short and it looked dreadful, like a fuzzy halo round my face. I’m not sure what led to this but I had had a perm earlier in the year which probably didn’t help but it was most likely down to age and hormones. I started taking the biotin and more recently also started using Plantur shampoo which I now love. My hair is much stronger, less dry, and there are fewer short broken hairs. I believe the improvement is a direct result of taking the biotin for 7 months, supported by my change of shampoo. I love that they are small, high strength, the bottle contains enough for a year and the price is very reasonable. No frills or fancy marketing. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure about if this would work but postpartum hair loss was terrible 2nd time round! But the pictures show for themself!! Amazing! Been taking for 2 months now!

I don’t normally leave reviews but it’s frustrating trying to find hair products so I thought I would leave an honest review. I have weak thin hair ever since I went vegetarian and dyed my hair, I since am taking iron tablets and b12 tablets as I was deficit in them, but it never really grew back thick like it was before. I bought these in October it is now December , hair growth does take a while so I understand that this may not help, but I am no longer going to take these due to acne it caused a breakout around my chin that I was so confused about and just put it to hormones. But after researching I found biotin can cause breakouts so beware! I also can’t see a difference in thickness to be honest, but I am going to stop taking them and going to try liquid biotin to avoid acne but also I’m going to fully focus on my diet now! Advice to give you : focus on your diet, take a blood test and see if you have any sensitivities ( as some can cause nutrients to not be as well absorbed) and deficiencies first then look and research into supplements!

I have been taking these for around two months now as I was experiencing a lot of hair shedding & thinning. This is the first review I’ve ever left for anything. I just wanted to say it really does work. I have barely any shedding when I brush my hair or wash my hair and it’s grown so much I can see new hair growth tufts at the front.
