I love the size, for someone who doesn’t like drugs. This makes it easy to swallow and want to remain consistent. The value for money is great as it offers months of supply at a very good price. With things like this you can’t really say how effective it easy after a short while but Vitamin D has its great health benefits and this would be great as it also has not taste. It can absorb quickly in your mouth if u don’t have water.

Really cheap and quite small tablets, over a years supply, my only reservation is I won't be sure they work until I go for another blood test in a couple of months, stay tuned.
