4.5L Retro Stand Mixer (Silver)

I've had a hand mixer for several years. I purchased this mixer because I had visited a relative of mine during the Thanksgiving holiday who has a stand mixer that I used to make a cake. Using his mixer I didn't have to stand there holding the mixer the whole time. I had the freedom to move about. I was able to collect other ingredients while the mixer did its job.After returning I started researching stand mixers. The brand that he has cost more than I wanted to pay as I don't bake a lot. So when I saw this product and the cost I jumped on it. All of my appliances are Frigidaire so I knew it would be of great quality.I used it for Christmas to make the desserts. It worked great. I loved it and so did my relative whose mixer I had used.

I wanted a low budget orbital stand mixer with an American recognizable brand name, not a fly by night, no name company and I came across this one.For the price, and it being a orbital mixer, I'm pleased with my purchase. For all practicality, this so far has held up to expectations. Mixing pieces are easy to connect/disconnect with a press and a twist. Easy, smooth surfaces for easy cleanup. I've used it for pastries, bread buns, cookies, cakes. Does it's job.

I bought this mixer for my daughter to make slime. It shipped on time and looks exactly like the picture looks. Visually it is a very nice mixer. It has suction cup things on the bottom of the mixer and they work well to keep it in place. It has several different attachments but my daughter has only used the dough hook. It works perfectly for her with exception of clay based slimes. It is too thick for the mixer and it will get stuck and not mix. It is also a little noisy compared to other mixers I have used. This is a very inexpensive mixer and my daughter is happy with it.

Love, love, love this 4 5 qt mixer, perfect for those 1 box cake mix projects. It's really beautiful, I bought the silver one, dial lights up a lovely blue, scraps close to edge, I did have to scrap botton once, I had to do that with other 2 I bought and returnef.I purchased 2 others and returned, not because they didn't work but 5 and 6 qts were just to big for my needs. I will highly recommend this Frigidaire stand mixer.

I’ve had 2 kitchen aid mixers, and they’re overrated.They’re extremely heavy , the bowl sticks in the stand and is impossible to get out, and they don’t evenly mix the batter. The Frigidaire is light, easy to use, easy to clean, and is very attractive. I love it.

Can be heard over a mile away. NOISY - NOISY - NOISY. This mixer runs a close to four jet engines going full blast. It will no doubt wake the dead. Loudest appliance I have ever heard. LUDICROUS!

Great price and it works. If you’re not going to be doing a lot of baking this is a nice thing to have without breaking the bank.

The dough mixing attachment is very cheap plastic, where it discolored after two use. It has been a little over one month that we have been using and tonight it started making mechanical sounds. Will be calling tomorrow to start a return.
