Q: These used to be matte, soft, and they didn’t budge. Now they are slick, shiny, and roll. Any recommendations for a new brand?

Get the regular high waisted 7/8 instead of the buttery soft. I ordered the buttery soft ones by accident and am disappointed.

Q: Do these leggings have Draw string in the waists hand to make them tighter?

No! I would suggest if you have a smaller mid section / hips to size down. I wear normally a S or M and I picked out M just in case which worked for my legs perfectly but the waist is a little too loose and slips down during exercise !
