I've used plenty of multivitamins before but nothing that seemed to make me "feel" anything, making me question if they even work or were just snake oil.However this is clearly different from multivitamins I've had in the past because this has had a subtle but very noticeable effect on my mindset being more positive and me having more energy, I suspect from some vitamins I've been deficient in, or the herbal superfoods included in the formula, or perhaps the synergy of both.The pills are what I would consider a standard size, I take them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and have no negative side effects or stomach upset. You know vitamin is good for you when it's not some fluorescent color that's been made with all kinds of additives and artificial colorings. I'd like this product because it's only one tablet daily for a full dose. Other vitamins you have to take two or even three or more to get a full dose. This is a good reputable brand that I've depended on for a long time.

this has a lot of great vitamins, however is missing about three key vitamins like magnesium not (manganese), calcium, iron and a few others that don't have a hundred percent of the daily value especially for this price.

Really like these, have been using for years after trying several others. Seems be efdective overall in how my body feels without any downside. Easy on the stomach, no real terrible taste when taking and don't seem to flush it all out through urine right after taking it like some others which leads me to believe there is a good balance and absorption in these as the product claims.For the price, I haven't found anything better yet.
