I have a hogue handall grip that kept slipping on the px4 compact. Does this slip off when shot too?

I have that grip on my px4 compact and it never slips. I use it as my carry weapon and shoot it a lot practicing. Maybe you need to take it off and clean your grip. Might have oil or something on it. Also try cleaning the handall grip with dish washing liquid. That will strip any oil off. Should not slip!

Do you have it in color green or tan?

I have only seen black for the slip over type. I do have Zombie Green on one of my 1911's. You may be able to search and find other colors. Good luck.

Will this fit the Beretta 92s Italian Military police surplus...It has a magizine release on the bottom...

It should, it fits my Taurus pt 92, it is very stretchy rubber and and probably will fit above the magazine release.
