I have been taking Alfa base for about 5 years and I love it. No stomach upset and I could feel the difference how I felt when I first started taking them. Now I have my wife on Alfa Base w/o Iron, she likes them also. Very good product.

Have used this for years and love the formula. As I use other individual supplements, only two are taken per day. The main reason, my personal opinion, is capsules, gel caps, liquids are basically what I trust to get into my system. So far, it seems to work well. Yes, the reasoning of "expensive urine" is still out there. But then, insurance has always been a part of life and this is probably the cheapest insurance you can get to be sure what your body needs in the way of vitamins and minerals to help get all the enzymes, hormones, and other functions of your system working together to keep your body in a natural healthy balance...but then that is my opinion. However, do your research from professional sites, always look at both sides of a story then make your own decision, after all it is your life. Good Luck.

Like the vitamins a lot!

I have taken many supplements over the years so I am careful about the amount active ingredients versus "filler" in inexpensive vitamins. My Regenerative Medicine physician recommended this brand. I started using this approx two yrs ago and have experienced no unpleasant side effects as I have with other brands.

I started taking these vitamins as recommended by my chiropractor. I have a very sensitive digestive system, lupus, and multiple food allergies. Most supplements upset my stomach but these do not. Also, I noticed that when I do not take them I begin to feel run down. Because you can take up to 8 a day, the dose can be spread out through the day. I only take 2-3 a day.

Have been taking this vitamin for several months. Really makes a difference in the way I feel. When I don't take it I drag terribly. It seems to be hard to think properly. Have to keep it in my daily regimen.

Well, I missed the part on the label that those fantastic percentages of nutrients are from 4 capsules per day! I can’t do that.I have a terrible time swallowing vitamins. The smell alone really triggers my gag reflex and so many vitamin brands make me really nauseous or I’ll actually vomit from them.I switched to Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin, purchased here on Amazon. They are fantastic! The percentages are in line with 4 capsules from this brand. Both are very high-potency and seem to be high quality products. No two vitamins are identical, so you’ll have to compare them yourself, but Life Extension is more cost effective and I’m all for taking 2 a day vs 4 a day.

These are great vitamins. Potent and high quality. You can't go wrong.
