I love the slightly sour lemony citrus taste of this and add it to salads and sprinkled on avocado on toast. Dont listen to the people who say it smells funny because you dont smell it when you sprinkle on a salad. Its more the taste and flavour it gives.

I do not have a big collection of spices in my kitchen, but summak is a MUST-HAVE. I often do hummus. I think it is the best taste combination. Get creative and spice up any dish.

Love this product it has great flavour you can add it to anything from meats to desserts.I found Falconsuperstore to be the best for value.Much better than supermarket stuff.They have an excellent customer service team, very fast in there responses. So if anything goes wrong such as slow post office delivery, there right on it .Would highly recommend, I will certainly be reordering .Thanks guys.
