The OrthoSleeve Diabetic Care Socks feature seamless comfort for sensitivity. These ultra-comfortable socks are made with high-quality materials that keep your feet healthy and dry. The light compression in the socks help support the foot while also allowing the sock not to slip into your shoe. Perfect for those with sensitive feet, edema, poor circulation, neuropathy, diabetes, excess swelling, and numbness. The contoured, ultra-soft padding offers comfort where your feet need it most. We recommend that the socks be hand washed and air dried for the best fit and to ensure the elasticity of the product. Offered in both regular and wide options, the wide fit is designed to allow more stretch, making the sock more comfortable for those with wide feet or swelling.

Comfortable socks !
I recently had foot surgery and when I was able to wear tennies, I decided to buy these wonderful socks. Very comfortable, warm and do not bind. Nice thickness to the socks too. The socks give my feet good support, and I I will be buying more !

For Me, PERFECT!
For me, these awesome quarter-crew OrthoSleeve socks are meticulously designed and provide perfect daytime relief for the neuropathic pain and swelling I experience in my feet and ankles. As a senior citizen, I have suffered from neuropathy in my feet and ankles for years, and the OrthoSleeve socks are the only socks that have given me immediate relief against both pain and swelling! When I first wore these socks, I was disappointed at how uncomfortable they were. They seemed to pinch my whole foot. There is a pressure wrap across the arch of the foot designed to provide circulation support that at first seemed too much. But that discomfort disappeared on the third day. The snugness at the ankle tops at first also seemed too tight. But I pulled and stretched the ankle top area so the socks would not feel so binding. That worked. There are no seams in the toe area or bottoms of the socks, so there is no harmful irritation. The socks have padding in all the right places, and there is a specially designed padded area for the big toe (the socks are clearly marked for right and left foot). The quality of the material is first-rate. I hand-washed the socks in warm water and there did not appear to be any shrinkage.I do wonder about the size information provided. I wear a male size 11 shoe (USA) and I ordered size XL because I suspected there might be a problem with size L. I was right. If you wear size 11 shoes order size XL because the size L may not be a comfortable fit.The OrthoSleeve socks are wonderful! If you suffer from neuropathy, they are worth a try. For me, after a few days' wear, they are PERFECT!

Good quality compression, soft, warm but breathable
I like everything OrthoSleeve makes. After already owning their low-profile compression socks, I wanted some crew socks that did the same thing so my ankles could be compressed.I like the softness of these socks. They are a tad bit thick, but that's good for cushioning if you walk a lot. They are warm, but they do breathe. I like the compression around my arch area too. Even with high-quality orthopedic walking sneakers the top (instep) of my feet often hurt after a lot of walking, due to swelling in my shoes. The compression components of these socks hold everything firmly so my feet don't have to work so hard to support my weight. I would buy these again!

Nice socks
Only reason gave a 4 is because too small. Other than that these socks are made really well, very soft too. They stretch, but not enough to fit husbands foot

XX-Large (rated 48 EU, 15 USA) and it is still way too tight on a size 42 EU, 11 USA foot.
I have nothing but bad luck with sock sizes. My foot is a size 42 EU, or 11 USA. So, having a need for extra loose socks I added 3 extra sizes for my order, I decided for these to go REALLY big and get the XXL on this one which, on their chart, is sized for 48+ or 15.5+ shoe size USA.Taking the socks out of the package, much to my surprise, they were actually smaller than the US$2.00 el cheapos from the local shop which are sized 10-13 for a 41-44 EU or 9-12 USA. Yhe orthosleeves are shorter and extremely tight on my foot, they cut off my circulation and are crimp against the toes. I'd send them back if I could, but I live on a small island in the Caribbean. All that being said, if they had their sizing right, the sock has a rather marvelous design with one caveat. The inside towards the toes has the threads "fuzzy", which to one with y sort of peripheral neuropathy, feels like sandpaper. I haven't tried to turn them inside out (smooth side in).Added a few days later: I washed these and the even became tighter. I can barely get them on my foot. I am going to call customer serviice.A couple of days later: Amazon Customer service was quite friendly and efficient. I got around to sending them some pictures as seen here. A comparison showing the Orthosleeve size XXL is 10" long which isn't anywhere near fitting a size 15+ foot, and a regular brand 10-13 size (from the store) which is 11" lonq and fits my size 11 (42 EU) fine. And yes, I checked the Orthosleeve size on the inside of the cuff and it says XXL.OK! 48 hours later and Amazon, through its stellar customer service reps on chat, has refunded the item bought from this seller.
