If you’re looking for a replacement Sky Q remote control, this is the one for you. At first, I noticed that the volume button on the voice control didn’t work. I didn’t realize that you need to pair it with both your TV and your Sky Q box. Luckily, there’s a video on the Sky Q box that shows you how to do this, making the process easy.

We were able to set up the TV, with this controller to our SKY Q black box - great product. Had to pay twice as much for this controller, than the one we originally purchased, however, it did mean we could use the Q box with the TV we bought.

Arrived very early the next morning. Exactly the same as the original supplied by Sky.
