Omega 3 supplements are a staple in our house to help balance out our omega 3 - omega 6 ratios. The American diet is way too high in omega 6, which is inflammatory, so we always make sure to take our omega 3s. I did a bunch of research on which brand to buy, and Now stood out. It has the ideal balance between EPA and DHA, and the price is much better than its competitors. Additionally, it's molecularly distilled and tested to make sure it doesn't contain heavy metals, impurities, or contaminants. It's a very high quality product from an excellent brand.

I started taking these daily with Accutane to help protect my liver (since the medication is so damaging to it), as recommended by my dermatologist. At first, it was hard to adjust to the big pill size, but I’m used to it after a few months. My liver levels have stayed within normal range, so this is effective!! Sometimes I do get a “fishy” burp a few hours after taking them, but it doesn’t stay on the breath or make your mouth smell bad.

I like this because 1 or 2 can be taken at a time without after taste. I also like the higher EPA concentration. It is similar to Super EPA from Thorne, but at a lower price. And NOW is a reputable brand on par with Thorne.

Works well but I wish they weren’t so big. Sometimes its and effort to swallow them.

I like the fact that it has a lot more EPA than DHA. Also a very reasonable price.
