I love the GreenPan products. They easy to clean and cook nicely. I think they are worth purchasing. I have quite a collection now.

This is my second of this size pan from the same company. The first lasted over a decade and I’m happy to have a new one in such a perfect color for my kitchen.

This pan is my favorite thing in my kitchen now. Its my first ceramic pan and it has been a breeze to clean no matter what you cook in it. I made sure to purchase silicone utensils to use to make sure the coating isn't damaged over time.

It is a wonderful non stick pan and I enjoy using it

I followed the instructions and purchased silicone utensils for cooking and have used the pan about 6 times. It works beautifully and cooks evenly. I bought an oil spray bottle and filled it with olive oil and that has been helpful for oiling the pan prior to cooking. The pan is heavy but not too heavy and the oval knob on the lid is perfect it fits your hands so much better and is easier to control.

I have used green pans for years. This one is particularly versatile.

The pans from this manufacturer are awesome! My wife and child love cooking with them, because they are so light, compared to what we had. They also love all the color options! The best part for me is the cleaning. It's so quick and easy to clean. I wish I would have found out about these back in 2000, if they were available. I basically replaced all of our used and deteriorating pans, even the ones with a non-stick and most likely toxic coating. The handle is a good length and coated with a rubbery non-slick texture. It's great to keep the handles cool. The support handle also has the same coating. The lid also stays cool to the touch. The lid does not have a vent and is a normal glass lid. They get hard to clean, right around where the metal and glass touch due to evaporation and splatter. The liquid seeps into that connection point. Unless the entire lid is one complete piece, it just physics. The four-star rating is because I have a gas stove and the burners are wide for the main burner where this pan is usually used on. Even at medium or low heat, the rubbery handle coating get burned and might potentially melt, exposing the metal underneath. I'm very meticulous when I'm cooking and also explain technique and how to care for these pans, to my wife and child. Even with those precautions, the coating is bubbling and charred. The covering hasn't melted, yet. I hope they don't. I have smaller pans from Greenpan, but none this size. It would be a shame if the coating started to melt off.

I have a few GreenPans to add this pan to the collection. I have had no problems with food sticking, but then I never really use high heat with them, or any other coated pans. If I want to use high heat, I will use cast-iron. But All said, these pans have held up better than other nonstick pans that I have used at same temps. Also, I use extra-virgin olive oil all the time, just have to be mindful of the heat.

I love this huge frying pan. The whole breakfast fry-up goes in it. Sausages and onions - plenty of room. Easy to clean too. It is the end of August 2024 now and it is wearing well. I wash it by hand.

Die Antihaftbeschichtung ist super, man braucht nur sehr wenig Fett und die Pfanne ist sehr schnell heiß, so dass man auch noch Strom spart. Die Größe ist ideal, um größere Mengen zuzubereiten. Sehr zu empfehlen.
