Delicious AND Gluten Free!
This is probably our favorite cookie mix! I discovered it when wanting to make a treat for a friend with Celiac’s, but these are not just for those who cannot have gluten! We love these cookies!! I have no GF baking experience, so I love being able to make these so quickly and they are truly delicious!! It’s fun to add whatever mix-ins you want, too. This really is a great cookie mix with the added bonus of being GF!

great mix
Easy peasy. I add 1 cup each chocolate pieces, nuts, and dried fruit. I used to make cookies, but now I make the bar recipe and prefer that. I use 1 T vanilla and 1 T coffee instead of water. So very yummy. No one asks if it is gluten-free.

Organic, please!
People eating gluten free already have enough digestive troubles without the addition of glyphosate. Eating gluten free is already expensive and most would even pay for it to be organic. These cookies are delicious and are an occasional treat so make them exceptional without the added dietary distress. Organic, chemical free, etc. should be the norm not an expensive protected crop.

Perfect for a variety of cookies.
This mix is full of flavor and allows you to create many different cookies because of how it's designed. Sometimes I use it to make Peanut Butter and other times I make Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Tastes Good, But Pay Attention To The Box!
Taste-wise, I find this King Arthur gluten free cookie mix very good. I like oat flour a lot. What annoyed me about this purchase was my own fault - I saw the choco chip cookie picture, read gluten free and cookie, and bought it. This is plain cookie mix. Mostly my fault. But if it’s plain mix, shouldn't they picture a plain cookie and picture the add-ins on the side? I had to carve up chocolate to make small chunks to make choco chip cookies.Although this mistake was mostly fault, I’m still annoyed at the small part that wasn’t. From now on, I’ll make my own cookie dough with oat flour I grind up from oats in the cupboard. No more mistakes or feeling stupid. Or feeling just the tiniest bit tricked.
