Is there a difference between the clear bottle water itself,and the non clear 1 gallon containers.The clear bottle water seems to taste better....

The cloudy one gallon jugs can and will leak over time for no apparent reason , if you keep them past the expiration date, regardless of the brand. I have never seen one of these clear plastic jugs leak. If one would like to keep some extra water around for an emergency these work well.

How do I get a refund on an item I did not get?

This is December 2021, so still no answer. Poland Springs, if you had any honor, you would either always deliver all gallons paid for or refund for damaged jugs.

My Household Choice

All water does not taste the same. This is my family’s go to. At one point we hard a water color but the filter was the issue which made us decide we’d be going back to the good old fashioned jug, no cooler needed. Cold or room temperature it’s always refreshing. We go through about ten per week and the price is better than most stores so why not have it delivered. And if you have an Amazon Prime account you can order from Amazon Fresh, $50 or more and get it delivered to your door within two hours.

The flavor is very water like with a watery consistency, it’s smells a lot like water but if you leave it open it could get a little dry but it won’t evaporate just you know it starts tasting like a dry water.It’s good water
