Q: Will these lights pass through dmx that it received wireless via its dmx out to a non-wireless dmx light?

Has anyone gotten this working? If not, what is the purpose of dmx out?

I do not notice any difference, they are pretty quick… if you are programming then with dmx, you will be presently surprised!

Yes and Yes. They can do exactly that.

Q: Can the batteries be replaced in the distant future when they go bad? Are they 18650?

They can be replaced, but would be 2000 charges on average, which should last you a while, as that would be 5.48 years if you charged every day!
