Is the size 12 a 12 month or big kids size 12?

With my experience from buying these, the 12 month size is for 12 months old…. The size 12 after the toddler sizes (2T-5T)…6,7,8,9,10…. Then the 12 should be for the bigger kids around that age 😊 hope this helps, I purchased the 3T&4T a year ago for my boys and they were awesome but if you don’t want a snug fit, maybe size up one, hope this helps!

How to get costume to glow?

I think it glows only from reflected light. Our 3 year old grandson loved this costume and wore it constantly until April. He finally out grew it and we literally had to hide it so he wasn’t uncomfortable wearing it.
