I purchased one of these in black a while back and had a great experience with it. I then decided to get another one in white and unfortunately, ran into issues where people could not hear me routinely. On the same call, I swapped back to the black one and it was fine. I reached out to the company, NewBee, and after some brief troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement without any hassle. This was a great experience, so I would not hesitate to recommend this product to everyone, given that they stand behind their products.On that note, having come from Jabra and Motorola products, with a brief affair with MPOW, I did not have great expectations with this unit. Much to my surprise, this unit outperformed those products I had in the past. A key factor for me, was to have a small size, as I use a flash drive carrying case for holding the bluetooth on the keychain so I do not lose it and always have it handy. Battery life is great, sound is clear, and connection is smooth. The only thing I can think of is that the range is not as great as my Motorola unit. However, it is far better than the MPOW and many others I have tried. Some headsets I could not go beyond a few feet before the quality degrades. This one can go much farther.

The bluetooth is surprisingly good quality for the price. Calls are clear, people say I'm coming in clear. I think a lot of the noise reduction comes from the shape of the rubber earbud cover - it has a little funnel so sound is more direct.My complaint is that it is a bit longer than my previous headsets, a bit heavier and pulls on my ear. It feels like it is going to fall out. I'm used to having a bluetooth in for practically all day, and I never even noticed my old one. But my ear gets sore after 20 minutes or so with this one. I'm going to have to play with the corded earbud that comes with it for when I'm just sitting at my desk.One feature it doesn't have - my previous headsets would announce the battery level when turned on. This does not.

I normally don't do reviews much here, but I felt some of u guys and gals should know that the product after testing it's functions is AWESOME! It's is noticeable on your ear and side of face but the HD Clarity for talking is excellent! For playing music it's okay, no thrills about it. It's music and video listening is good. I truly and highly recommend this little piece of technology! Price is excellent and I love the accessories that came with it. That extra wired ear piece that connects to the New Bee is a definite PLUS!.

My last 5 or 6 good blue tooth single ear buds have been Platronic and I just them. Seems like they're not making them any more. Have had good luck with others even $60.00 skullcandy. .but thats a different story. So i am comparing this with my platronics. I use this mostly to listen to music these single ear and more manual buttons. The ear buds now are mostly touch control and you have to remember left ear does this right ear does that! Too complicated when you have more than one bluetooth head set! This is what I needed. It paired easily. The rocker button for volume is good. Answer and hang up botton is good. All the basic controls are just like my platronic so I'm happy about that. The size however is quite a bit bigger and it's definately heavier to a point I think wearing for a long period of time will start to hurt. The silicone ear pc insert, i got 3 small 1 big? Kind of weird, are there supposed to be 2 and 2 or are there supposed to be 3 sizes? Music quality seems fair but the voulme seems to change randomly, no very often but enough for me to notice. Haven't used it on phone calls yet except for a trail run calling my husband and he said I sounded ok and he sounded loud and clear. Overall it's an ok pc for what I need it for just wish it was lighter!

I think the pictures speak for themselves. The volume button was missing. There is a crack on the side. The entire top was lifting off. The earpiece had this nasty yellow-brown build upon it and on top of all of that, I still tried to charge it to see if it would work.......um no. It went from the red to blue light indicating it was fully charging but it would never connect to anything. I couldn't even get anything to acknowledge that it was there. It claimed it came with the box and everything. The "everything" it came with was a thin plastic piece that clipped on the headset to go around your ear and one silicone tip that also had a yellow build upon it. (I assume ear wax 🤢) BUT it did come with the instructions so I did *appreciate* that. All in all, I don't care how inexpensive it was, this was the most disgusting and utterly disappointing purchase I have ever gotten from here. When I learned of all of these flaws I returned it no more than 3 or 4 days later. Mind you this was the end of August 2021 and Now here we are in December 2021 and I have still yet to receive a refund. I gave them 3 1/2 months to contact me or correct the issue but to no avail. So here is my review and opinion, do with it as you wish.

I love this for when I’m doing yard work or house work and I’m on the phone but want to be hands free. Or when I am walking. The battery lasts a long time.
