What ingredients are in the glue?

It does not say what is in the glue but it does say the glue is non-toxic. They work great but I would only use them inside as they could trap things you don't want to. They snag our 8-9 inch centipedes.

Does the trap catch beetle larvae?

if they can crawl it will catch them.

Do these require bait or are they scented like other glue trap brands?

You don’t need to place bait in these. They have a very tacky/sticky surface that anything that crawls into the box will not get out.
