Tried it out immediately. So far, for the price I think it worked great. did accidentally hit the off button while I used it. Heated up quickly and curled fine. I’ll update as time goes on.

I’m not very good at curling my hair with irons that have a clasp. I always tend to have a line where the clasp shuts. This was dummy proof and for that reason I love it! I use this on medium temperatures and still manage to get beautiful curls that last 3-4 days. My sisters also bought themselves one!

Works on fine hair, has multiple heat settings, never got cold..nice curls. This product worked far better than I expected. I've returned 4 curling irons in the past 2 years. This one WORKS WELL. I'm keeping it. And you cannot beat the price.

I needed to replace my very old curling iron that wouldn’t clamp tightly anymore. I’ve been using this CHI curling iron for four months, a few times a week, and I think I’ve spent enough time to know what I like and don’t like. I like the size (1inch) and the ability to change the temperature. My hair is really thin and fine so I can use the lower settings and still get a good curl. I don’t have a lot of problem accidentally turning it off like other reviews have said though the power button is in an inconvenient spot. Things I don’t like: there’s no auto-shutoff so the times you accidentally leave it on when you’re rushing out the door mean it gets left on all day 😳. My other hang up that keeps me from loving it is that it doesn’t glide on my hair. I don’t know if it’s my hair or the iron but it makes curling so annoying when you can’t slide it down your hair and out of the curl. I feel like it makes your curls frizzy because you have to unclamp the iron to get your hair out. This issue bugs me so much I am going to replace it. Overall this is a good bargain curling iron for occasional use but if you want to use it regularly I wouldn’t recommend.

I had another Chi iron that was my favorite until the spring broke, and they do not offer replacement parts. I’ve tried various irons trying to find a replacement, while avoiding Chi due to their policy of not stocking replacement parts.Well, I was desperate and thought this might be the solution. It was not. It is very well made, and clearly a quality product, but the curls did not stay. My hair is very hard to curl though, so you may have better results.

The media could not be loaded. Works so good. Very user friendly, heats up quickly, turns off automatically when on for a period of time for safety. Produces beautiful curls. For this price, am super impressed!
