Hands down the best tape measure I have ever owned. I use for household reasons, not commercial. Its got a nice weight and feel to it. I love that I have control when I'm ready to retract the tape, it is not automatic as soon as you're done with the tape or the hold/lock feature. It retracts when you press the unlock then it starts to retract at a nice pace, it does not zoom fast when retracting which is great for safety reasons. Very happy with my tape measure and will have it for many years to come.
