I liked it
Bulb is bright enough on warm/cool white. RGB isn't that bright but that's expected for the power usage.Installation took a lot of fiddling around, at first the bulb didn't get detected, had to turn it on and off a dozen times, but eventually it connected. Also it gets recognised in Wiz app not Phillips app which was kinda odd.You can use the bulb with WiFi only there is no Bluetooth. I have a router that's not connected to internet but it works to control the Wifi so that was a relief.Regarding modes, you can set the priority in app. For eg, i set bright white as my default (so it functions as a regular bulb so family doesn't get frustrated) and RGB party as my secondary. I can toggle between them by turn off the physical switch for like 2 seconds and after turning on the mode changes, which is cool. It can only toggle between two modes tho. Overall in happy with the purchase, i bought this bulb for ₹500.

Defective item received! Slow wifi and bluetooth ask repeatedly of passkey
Waiting for the replacement to arrive. I received the used one which has slow and late wifi appearance on my mobile. Ask correct passkey all the time when trying bluetooth connection. I am not happy with itDeducted to 1 star for slow wifi appearance, complications in connection with mobile. No bluetooth connection at all. I can say philips paid a dearly price when Wiz is connected. Bad bulb. It has no memory. Like it always forgot what's the last time colour I set . Whenever turned on, it shows white or yellow white light. For the first time philips gave me a bad mood

Good product but Connection issues
Reviewing after one month: Oveall the brightness, lights, true colour, functionality etc is very good.But pairing, controlling and connectivity is very bad. Most worst thing is, it will not connect with more than one Mobile /device. Only will connect and can be controlled from a single mobile/ device not from multiple devices.

Best quality bulb we can trust it, all phone connection facility, various colors available, bright light, wifi linked and using from 1-2 months no problem at all durability is amazing and build quality is good .

Does what is claims but power outage recovery not working
We've been using three of these bulbs for 1.5 years now on our terrace. One of them had started malfunctioning (showed disconnected on app, went on and off randomly), which I guess is fair, the bulbs have been burning every night since we've installed them.We had regular bulbs earlier which were extremely bright and not really comfortable to sit out with. On the other hand we had a bat nest in the terrace roof, so we needed bright lights, too. That's when I came across these bulbs and they have been delivering what they promise. We usually have them in warm wight brightest setting, but if we need brighter light, the white light is brighter and when we want less light, we also like to switch it e.g. to fireplace mode.The app (just installed the new app) works fine and I schedule the light to go off at sunset and on at sunrise. This works quite well, except for one annoying problem (was the same with the old app): the power outage recovery doesn't work! No matter whether I switch it on or off in the app, all bulbs go on after a power cut when they were off! And they don't come back with the set colour but one of them bright cold white and the others orange. Tried all settings, but the problem was there from the beginning and I couldn't solve it.It is now a little bit of enery wastage and the hassle to always switch the bulbs off after an outage (we live in an area with frequent / almost daily power cuts). But overall I'm happy with the product.
