A high quality monitor that doesn’t break the bank
This is an incredible portable monitor, especially for the price. Very easy to setup and use with almost any type of media. Picture quality is crisp and clean with great quality audio. Perfect for using at work on the go or watching a movie. Nice and slim for easy travel, and the included case/stand is awesome! Customer service is also great with quick responses. Highly recommend!

Works well with different systems
I repair computers for various offices and, with the pandemic, I am often given a desktop system without a monitor or a mobile system that 'won't power on' to repair. So I bought this monitor more for troubleshooting than as a second monitor, though it works well that way also. So, I have connected it to several different systems since I got it. Having read through many of the comments and questions, I hope to answer many of them.As this is just a monitor, it should work anywhere any other standard monitor will work. If you are using the Mini DP port or the HDMI port you will need additional power through the PD port or the USB-C port. If you are connecting through the USB-C port and your device doesn't have the power to run the monitor you will also need power on the PD port. Newer devices can power the monitor through a USB-C to USB-C cable that can handle it. The one that comes with the monitor works for this. With various adapter cables you can hook this monitor to many different types of systems. I have used an old tablet with a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable. A laptop with a thunderbolt 2 port with a mini-DP to DP adapter on each end of a DP cable connected to the mini-DP port of the monitor. The same laptop with a mini-DP to HDMI adapter to the HDMI port of the monitor. Newer laptops and tablets were able to connect through the USB-C to USB-C cable without needing a power cable, and I even got mywork laptop to work with a USB-C to USB -A female adapter then plugging the included USB-A to USB-C cable into that then to the USB-C port on the monitor. (Not necessary, but fun to try.) If you are using the USB-C to USB-C cable to connect, plugging a power source into the PD port will charge your device if it charges through the port you are connected to.For docking stations I was able to get three HP docks to work with the monitor. The TPA-B01 mobile dock worked with my HP ProBook 840 G5 but not my phone. It does need a power adapter to work. The USB-C mini dock (1PM64AA#AC3) worked with my laptop and my phone, so would probably be the best of the three for trips. It doesn't need a power adapter, but does have a USB-C port for power if wanted. The 2013 ultraslim dock (D9Y19AV#ABA) for laptops. This isn't a mobile dock but does allow you to connect the monitor to your laptop. All three of these will need external power for the monitor. I haven't tried other docks yet.The included power brick is rated at 3A, and will probably be the best way to power the monitor when needed, but I was able to get it to work with a standard USB-3 port on my laptop (0.9A) and using a power bank 1A output. So you should be able to get it to work even with lower power input if necessary. An adequate power bank will allow you to use it even away from a power source. My only preference would be to the the OTG port on the left be USB-C also instead of micro USB-2, but that is a minor point.A few days ago I participated in a meeting where I had stopped at a rest stop and sat at a picnic table. I had my Note 9 phone hooked to the monitor through the USB-C port with my 15000mAh power bank to the PD port and a portable keyboard/touchpad connected to the OTG port. Using Samsung Dex I was able to see the presentation well and it was still going fine an hour later having used about half of my power bank. With just a few adapters, this monitor has the ability to work with just about anything and is a great mobile solution for what I need. For HDR and the color gamut, when I watch HDR videos on YouTube, it shows HDR on the quality in settings and the 'Stats for nerds' show it using BT.2020. My Nvidia 1660 Super detects it as a 10 bit monitor.

Great Monitor for remote work movies and ocasional gaming
I will try to be as objective as possible throughout this review. I have owned this screen for 2 months and I purposely waited this long to test durability (I will update at 6 months). I received the monitor in excellent state and I was surprised that they include a variety of cables to ensure connectivity to virtually every device (USBc, Charging cable, HDMI, miniUSB, USB). Additionally, they do give you a protector for the monitor which is a little difficult to place if you don't have much experience but it is a nice feature that will protect your purchase. The case feels somewhat unstable but it is surprisingly strong and it has a great "carbon fiber-like" look when use it to transport the screen. When I received the monitor I had a couple issues at first connecting it to my Mac. However, I got in contact with customer support which was almost immediately responsive with guidance on how to troubleshoot the monitor. I asked if it was possible to connect to an iPad and they offer to send me the cable that will ensure I was going to be able to use it with the iPad. I was pleased that my issue resolved and I was able to use the screen properly. I do need to point out that I try to use it with a hub extension (on Mac) and it didn't work. It only worked when connected directly to the computer. However, I am unsure if this is due to the hub that I was using. When I plugged it into my windows laptop it worked with no problems using all the ports. I had no issues using it with also with my phone either (Android). The screen itself is pretty slim and light which allows me to just take it on my Backpack comfortably. The picture is good and the resolution aligns with your computer. I tried it out by playing videos as well as video games (not to graphically demanding) and the picture is pretty decent. It is a nice feature that it has decent speakers (volume wise) built in. The picture is very customizable and it comes with pre-determined profiles to quickly adjust brightness. This is nice feature since you can change not only the brightness of the screen but the "blue-light" emitted if you work at night. One thing that is being pointed out in other reviews is that, unfortunately it does not store your settings so if you adjust it to the perfect settings you need to do it every time you turn it back on which can be annoying and I just ended up opting for the default profiles. In theory this screen can be used vertically or horizontally (manually configured). However, I think it would be difficult since the configuration and volume buttons are in one edge and the ports in the other edge. I have not tried but I imagine there will be some issues there. For remote working, it is a great option since it does not use much space and it doesn't require yet another plug to be used. I even have used it to have my kid watching a movie in it while I work in the main monitor of my computer which is great as well. If you are a hard core gamer this monitor probably will not do the trick since the max resolution is 1080p (I would try the 4k option of the same brand) but it is decent screen if you look for a decently multi-purpose performing screen for a good value. I do have the concern that I have seen from other reviews that it hasn't lasted for 1 year but I will update if something happens at 6 months and 1 year...or if it keeps performing as well as new. But, I believe that there is an option to include an extra 1 year guarantee which is peace of mind.

Decent portable monitor
UPDATE: I bought this monitor in February 20204. It was a decent portable monitor, until it died on me in October 2024, that is eight months later. To the seller's credit they sent me a free replacement in a simple process. This is a decent portable monitor for the price. It works as expected, creates a nice second screen on the go. The brightness is good for every situation I have used it in on the go. Connection is easy with the provided cables. Please note that if you use the provided USB-C/DP cable (I used it with my MB Air M2) for video + power then the screen will be dim. You have to use an external power source via a second USB-C cable to get full brightness. The buttons are not my favorite: they feel jiggly and you have to memorize what they do b/c there are no visible labels and the on-screen instructions are not intuitive. But TBH you don't need the buttons much once you have set it up the first time.
