MAHLE quality is worth the few extra dollars
I usually have a good experience with MAHLE when maintaining my 06 330i.I bought a cheaper version of this gasket, and it was leaking badly after 50k. When removed it was completely flat.Hopefully the Mahle will hold up for the life of the car (at over 200k now!)

I wish I could find something else for this job. Why would I buy an”OEM” replacement gasket to replace a leaking oem gasket. Had no other options. Good for now, but so expect to be having to do this job again at some point.
