Fits my Neato D3 perfectly and no issues.

I like this one much better than stock. I like how all the gunk moves to the center of the brush so that the majority of the brush stays effective, unlike the stock one. I don't like how these seem to be a little too short. I've learned to shim the roller in so that it doesn't chew off the drive nub. It's already happened and I had to send my bot in to get repaired. So now I shim it with a couple copper washers and it seems to be just fine.

Was anyone else confused when you thought you purchased a set of 5 rollers and only had 1 in the box?Given that they're not exactly made of "premium" materials or products from the Neato factory, $16 seems reasonable for 5 medium-quality rollers.Nope! Set 5 means only 1 in the box. 👍

Our Neato D5 all of a sudden stopped working and sent notifications of being stuck and brush needing cleaning. Even after doing so Neato got stuck. With doubts that the machine is gone I wanted to try this brush as a last option. Once installed, all is well. Neato D5 works like how it used to be. Good product and we recommend it.

I was looking for a replacement brush for my Neato Botvac D5 and didn't want to pay the inflated Neato price for one. I found this replacement brush and decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier. It works great, fits perfectly. Just as good or better than the original. Well done!

There are two BIG issues with this brush roll. First, the end that spins freely has no bearing or bushing like the original brushroll, so it wears out fast. It is just plastic, with the shaft spinning inside of it. The original brushroll has a brass bushing for a bearing, and lasts MUCH longer than this replacement. The second big issue is this brushroll is about 1/8th of an inch shorter than the original, making for a very sloppy fit, and poor engagement with the hexagonal driven end and motor. My temporary solution was to place a small metal washer at the non-driven end, to push the brushroll slightly towards the drive gear, making for better contact. Also, the fit with the drive gear is sloppy and will easily strip out over time. My temporary solution to that was to take a small piece or two of post it note, and wrap it over the end of the drive gear, tightening up the sloppy engagement. It seems to work for now. I guess I will just wait for the next sale on OEM Neato accessories, and buy the real deal, as it is much better quality than these cheap knock offs.

It works fine in my Botvac D3. No issues, was able to get rid of the old damaged one that came with it.

Much cheaper than the Neato brand replacement brush and seems to do an excellent job. I've had mine installed for several months and it is not showing much wear and tear. Seems to pick up just as much dirt and debris as the OEM brand brush. It fits perfectly in my D6 vacuum.

Nous pensions notre neato foutu et en désespoir de cause nous avons tenté de changer la brosse. Difficile de se décider vu le nombre de brosses dispo sur le marché mais pas de possibilité d’acheter celle de la marque (non dispo en France visiblement). Cette brosse rempli son contrat, notre neato a repris vie. Donc nous recommandons ++

Makes horrible noises now the maintenance light is on after about 2 hours of cleaning
