I like this one much better than stock. I like how all the gunk moves to the center of the brush so that the majority of the brush stays effective, unlike the stock one. I don't like how these seem to be a little too short. I've learned to shim the roller in so that it doesn't chew off the drive nub. It's already happened and I had to send my bot in to get repaired. So now I shim it with a couple copper washers and it seems to be just fine.

Was anyone else confused when you thought you purchased a set of 5 rollers and only had 1 in the box?Given that they're not exactly made of "premium" materials or products from the Neato factory, $16 seems reasonable for 5 medium-quality rollers.Nope! Set 5 means only 1 in the box. 👍

Our Neato D5 all of a sudden stopped working and sent notifications of being stuck and brush needing cleaning. Even after doing so Neato got stuck. With doubts that the machine is gone I wanted to try this brush as a last option. Once installed, all is well. Neato D5 works like how it used to be. Good product and we recommend it.

I was looking for a replacement brush for my Neato Botvac D5 and didn't want to pay the inflated Neato price for one. I found this replacement brush and decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier. It works great, fits perfectly. Just as good or better than the original. Well done!

This brush is very similar to the standard Neato one, but the “idler” bearing has a lot more play in it than the old one and it allows the brush to move away from the motor a bit. This seems to have rounded off the hex shape on my motor. I can’t be positive it was in perfect shape before since my botvac is 7 years old, but it used to always let me know if the brush was stuck, now the brush just doesn’t turn at all. Luckily I have a few spare parts for mine but wouldn’t recommend this brush as parts for these are going to be harder to come by with Neato going away.

It works fine in my Botvac D3. No issues, was able to get rid of the old damaged one that came with it.

I have had Neato Botvacs for over 6 years- I am on my second one since the technology has evolved so much over that time! I do replace my brushes and filters as recommended, and this replacement definitely works just as well as the brand, at a fraction of the cost.
