I changed over to this product from what I was taking. The fact that it’s plant-based is what sold me on it. Seems to be working well.

So, I'm a fifty-some year old woman and last year I tried to do a cartwheel in our backyard. Don't ask... Last night I was able to sleep on my left side WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! Furthermore, getting out of my low-sitting 2-door car was actually painless today!Although I didn't purchase this product for my joint pain, it has helped considerably!I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! This turmeric I tried by itself to see if it works. It does!!! But it doesn't relieve 100% of my neck pain like I was expecting. It relieves about half of my pain taking a triple dose! Suggested dose is 1 capsule. I will take this turmeric with other products to relieve 100% of my neck pain. At least this turmeric doesn't raise my blood pressure like NSAIDS do.

Has so many advantages to our health that it don’t hurt to take it!! A good supplement your body likes!!

Tumeric is so healthy and good for our bodies. New Chapter offers three types: Tumeric Force powder and capsules and, Tumeric Nightforce, capsules. I use and like all three. I alternate the powder (which I mix into morning shakes or juice) and the capsules later in the day or when not drinking my breakfast. I take Nightforce nightly before bed, helps me sleep better.All are very good, high quality health supplements. I started using this supplement in 2008 as an anti-inflammatory after back surgery. I never used opioids and threw every prescription for them in the garbage. Controlling inflammation is very effective and natural way to control orthopaedic or arthritic pain. Since tumeric is not a drug it will take a few days show optimum results. Since it is not a drug it will not have side-effects or cause long-term liver or kidney damage. It is certainly worth a try for anyone who is struggling with inflammation from an injury or chronic condition. It is worth a try if you are sore after excercise. I continue to use Tumeric Force daily with a glucosamine/chondroitin/msm supplement and I am active and free of pain at age 66.
