An Extra Layer of Protection
I use these to give my elderly relative an extra layer of protection with her other incontinence products. I think they are too thin to use alone.

Don't purchase if you want something that does not leak.
If I ncould give it a 0 I would. The first night my husband wore these he wet right through. Did not hold urine The item is way to thin. Unfortunately it cannot return them; even the packages that are not opened. Do not buy if you want something that is good fitting and absorbs better.

I hated having to buy a whole case, but it was worth it to save $8-$10 per package by ordering an entire case.
