I bought this product because my nails were breaking very easily. The biotin in this product made both my nails and my hair stronger. It's a really good product. The key was to figure out how much biotin my body needed, so I found this product, tried it, and stuck with it.

We got these as.... My hair is thinning and the Mrs has breakages. One of her friends took this product and had a big difference over a month or so.This bottle has enough for 1 year which is good value. The pills are tiny (about half the size of a medicine caplet) and very easy to take. There's no horrible taste or after taste. Even the Mrs (who hates medicine) was able to easily take these. Just take 1 a day after a meal.It will take a while for us to really see the difference, but from what we've seen of our friend and how easy these are to take, i'm sure it'll be good.Good quality and value. I'll be honest I didn't think this would work but I thought I'd try biotin after hearing it helps with hair and nails. I've always had fine hair. I started taking this biotin 3 months ago and a few weeks ago I was shocked to feel my hair was a lit thicker and growing more hair at the front and back of my scalp. My hair us long and when I put it back in a pony tail I can't believe the difference in how thick it feels. I'm so glad I kept taking it everyday as it needed a good 6 to 8 weeks to take affect. This is definitely worth trying but you have to stick to taking it daily and give it time to work. My nails have grown too and my hair is getting thicker. I can't wait to see what it's like on another few months. I wish I'd started taking this sooner!

I like that they're easy to swallow and a years supply for such a reasonable price. I've noticed my nails are starting to grow longer quicker and they seem stronger, less likely to split. I'm still waiting to see results for my hair but I'm positive that these will benefit me greatly. My skin definitely feels a lot smoother and not as blotchy so an added bonus. All in all a good buy. Not sure my review is helpful. Always struggled with my fine hair that breaks and falls out after teenage years of bleaching and colouring. After using these for over 6 months (forgetting on occasion) I’m not sure I can see much difference. I always check my facial line hair and sides as that’s what seems to be sparse. Although my nails tend to grow quite quickly anyway regardless of these, I can confirm they have NOT made my nails harder/stronger. I have recently bleached my hair 3 levels up using a low 20 volume over a period of 2/3months plus one bleach bath at an even lower 10 vol bleach, with bonding hair masks and treatments in between,I have lost a considerable amount of hair both from break and root. Each person is individual based on their diet and health which I understand but I don’t see any help with my hair here ? Not enough to positively speak of anyway? Will continue to use anyway as can’t do any harm

I have heavily damaged hair due to years of being a bleached blonde. My main goal is to gain length, thickness and general hair health. I’ve purposefully not had my hair done since taking these tablets so I can really see the growth and benefits and my god is my hair growing quickly. I cannot recommend this product enough. My hair is visibly healthier, my roots are coming through thick and fast and finally gaining some length. It’s important to note that you should use a good quality shampoo and conditioner in addition to this product, but with consistency it will definitely pay off.

Like most of us, during COVID, I went back to DIY colouring. And on the last occasion, really messed my hair up by getting some high lift tint on hair that had already been tinted. I'm able to get my colour done (at the salon!) And even my hairdresser says my hair's in amazing condition.Annoyingly, it grows super fast, as do my nails, which does mean more frequent visits to the nail and hair salon! I also use OGX shampoo and conditioner that also contains collagen and bioton.The vitamins are so small, easy to swallow, don't have any smell. You get a whole year's supply for less than £20. Great value!
