On the bottle of yeast nutrient it tell you normally 1 tea spoon at most 2 for the amount of wine a home brewer would make

Q: Do you use this instead of wine yeast? Want to use it to make tea wine!

No it’s not the same as wine yeast. It helps to feed the yeast. You probably need both.

Q: Could this be used for nettle lager

I should think so because all the yeast nutrients does is make the yeast more active

Q: What is the expiry date on the bags (on average) from the day ordered? (Will it last a year or years if used/resealed/stored correctly?

I cant see an expiry date on mine so i would think it will last a while
