Great meal replacement
Use it as a breakfast substitute as I work very early and do not always wish to make a meal. Very good mixed with warm milk as well as mixed in with my morning coffee.

You ever drink the milk after your cereal?
I threw a packet in my blender bottle with some oatmilk and a dash of cinnamon. It tastes just like cornflake milk so I could see using this mainly in the morning. Has some crispy bits of rice/oats floating around but they taste good. I'd love to try blending this into a smoothie. The box it came in was practically destroyed but the packets were ok. Nothing to write home about but a decent breakfast meal replacement on days you need to rush to work.

Enjoyable as a light breakfast but disappointed that it tasted stale only after 2 months
I purchased the one with 12 sticks on September 4, 2022, and had been enjoying it on days when I am looking for light quick breakfast. Today, the packs that I used have bad stale taste to it. I already threw out the box so I have no idea the expiration date of the product. It is very disappointed because it is not exactly a cheap product and should last much longer than 2 months.
