My experience with Rani Little Millet
Little millet (Panicum sumatrense), known regionally as kutki, saamai, or sama, is a nutrient powerhouse. The grains are naturally gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher-certified, making them suitable for diverse dietary requirements. With 7.7% protein content and a high concentration of dietary fiber, this millet supports digestive health, weight management, and sustained energy levels. Its low glycemic index makes it ideal for diabetics, while its rich mineral profile—including iron, magnesium, and phosphorus—contributes to bone health and metabolic function. The grains are particularly notable for their crude fiber content, the highest among small millets, which aids in reducing cholesterol and regulating blood sugar. Additionally, the presence of antioxidants like phenolic compounds and tannins provides anti-inflammatory benefits, aligning with research highlighting millets' role in combating chronic diseases.

pretty disappointed about not giving proper product information on the package.
shipping was perfect. Thanks Amazon. However, I have concern over the product itself.the package does not say anything about polished or unpolished.for me it looked and felt like polished more (not to 100% polished that it appears white)the other brands I have tried before, are more larger grains of little millet and darker than this brand. So this leaves me puzzled whether this is polished more than required where we lose fibre. The package should have clear information for any type of grain. Example husked/polished/unpolished/broken grain /broken and roasted...
