I bought these tubes as a replacement for the tubes supplied with the little dot 1 amp. are they suitable? do i need to change any jumper settings?

No just change the VALVES. Bit better than originals.

Would these tubes be suitable for the nobsound hifi 6j2 vacuum tube preamplifier?

I got mine for an FX Audio preamp a very similar unit I think. They were a great replacement for the Chinese originals. Hope this helps.
