Excellent - would recommend!
Previously had one of the standard bulky high back potty types thinking I would save money and that actually so many products for babies and toddlers turn out to be fancy extras that you realise after that you don’t really need! I ended up carrying a bulky potty around in a shopping bag (that very quickly cracked) and having recently had a newborn this was not ideal. Bought this after seeing my friend use one and it’s a game changer. So light and user friendly, I can just fold it, stick it in my baby bag and go anywhere. Perfect for in the house with the solid insert and then on the move in the car or outdoors without using the liners. I did wonder if I’d be able to unfold in time for my toddler before an accident occurs but it’s actually really quick and easy to do once you’ve done it before. Be aware that as others have said the solid insert for the house arrives folded up initially but is just packaged that way to transport it and isn’t meant to be re- folded down. The only slight issue we have had is one occasion of my son’s bottom sticking to the solid insert and accidentally lifting it (and the contents) out onto the floor. This has been a one time happening and we have been using this every day now for some time so think it must have been how it was positioned. Great product - would recommend to friends with a potty training toddler!

Almost returned it due to hard liner
Initially had a nightmare while unboxing. The instructions clearly say the hard liner pops out, but it’s SO HARD and presents like hardened plastic that you really wouldn’t expect moves. We pushed and prodded and pulled and wiggled it, but just couldn’t work out how to pop it out. YouTube videos were useless as they are out of date and gave a different liner. I went to a Facebook group that advised to buy the silicone liner separately (currently another £12). After many tries, it twigged that if you put the liner into the potty stand, and push down very hard with your fist, it pops out. It goes against your nature to do it in the stand because you’re worried about damaging the legs but it can take it.In the end I’ve bought the silicone liner too, because I think this will be much better for travel. The hard liner will be used in the house.

Perfect without the plastic white seat
Firstly, there is no need to buy the white bowl bit. I paid a bit more to get that bit as I thought it would be great for when we are out and about but once it's opened you can't shut it so can't be put in a bag so is pointless.Now.. the rest of the potty is perfect and I use it a lot. It fits in my backpack and is great for when out and about, it can go on any toilet if we are at a place with a toilet or if not we have used it many times for wild wees. I have sometimes taken a bag with me to place inside so if there is no toilet and we are inside then we could use it, but haven't needed to use that yet. My daughter finds it sturdy and really enjoys a wild wee. I've even thought about using it myself before when desperate. It's easy to put together and can be done quickly, which is handy because when a toddler has to go they have to go quickly.

A must have for potty training out and about.
Perfect for out and about and a bonus for in the house. This is so eay to use anywhere. Just load up with three absorbant bags, pop it in your boot, bag or under the pushchair and you're ready for a wee stop in seconds.Bags asorb very well meaning disposing of the wee is a doddle. Just take it with you to the next bin you come across with no smell. The hard liner is perfect for in the house as he had consistency in first learning to use it. We were able to pop the bottom back in a couple of times too so I'm sure could be used in the house and then on a camping trip etc. Not used the toilet seat function much yet but seems like it will do that job well too. Also is reasonably good for preventing my son from making too much mess. Only downside- hard insert lifts out too easily. A number of times, it's stuck to his bottom as he's stood up and what was successful turns into a mess.

Get the normal potette. No need for the plus
Get the cheaper potette, this one isn’t worth the money. I bought this one thinking the insert would be great but it’s rock hard! Can’t get it from being flat. I’ve since seen other reviews who say once they’ve gotten it as a pot, it can’t fold back with ease. They should use rubber rather than hard plastic. As a potty on the ground the legs can easily collapse which has frightened my toddler a couple of times. As a seat reducer it works and is also ok as a potty if you’re really careful with the legs and not rushing. Easy to fold up (without middle bit) so pretty portable but the foldable seat reducers are even more so if you’re not going to use it as a potty. Without the insert the wee can get in the legs if it’s not in grass but on a pavement. So be aware you’ll need to clean under it even if they pee right into the ground!

Extra height at front for boys
These are great, I have a square toilet seat so found it hard to get a potty to sit on top. This sits great on top no issues. I definately reccomend this version for boys as you need that extra height at the front to avoid accidents. It really is an all in one potty, it folds up quite compact into its travel bag so it can be used while out of the house also If you get caught short away from a toilet you can put in the liner in seconds and use it outdoors. I actually have 2 just out of laziness, 1 in my bathroom and one in my car so I don't have to pack up each time I leave the house

Game changer
We have been using EC method with little one since 7 weeks old. Wanted something for her to sit on when I take her to public toilets, friends/grandparents houses etc and this is absolutely perfect. It's a nice small size and fits into the changing bag nicely, but folds open when needed as a seat reducer. It comes with a nice bag, although it would be helpful if the bag had a closing toggle. I've had to add my own. Haven't tried the bags or the hard potty part yet as mainly using for seat reduction.

Great potty especially for boys
Found this to be a great potty. It's really useful that is has the hard insert as well as it has been used as a second potty in the house. We haven't tried it out as a toilet seat yet but the guard at the front is a good height for boys when using it as a potty and my little boy is tall.
