Incredible pork chops are easy!
Our local county fair has incredible pork chops on a stick. Every year we look forward to their booth. During covid of course we went without so te people who run the booth bottled the seasoning and it was 1 bottle of S&B with an equal amount of sugar, 2 tablespoons onion powder and coat both sides for at least 2 hours. Grill 4 minutes per side and you will have the best pork chops you will ever eat!

More "Seasoned" than "Pepper"
I like this, but be sure to know the first ingredient is salt. The remaining ingredients are pepper, msg, and sugar. You really only taste the salt and msg. There is really not much pepper flavor.
