Have used this before , blends into the skin nicely

I bought this product some time ago and was really pleased with it, however when it was finished, I ordered a new one and low and behold, it is much darker!! It said it in miniscule letter on the side of the box. It’s not as smooth either. Very disappointing. I can’t find the lighter version anywhere.Is it still available?

*I bought this in Boots in the light/medium shade and tried it for 2 weeks am & pm*I have hereditary dark circles and I know no wonder cream will change that but I thought it might improve the texture of my under eyes. Nope. It's basically a very light eye cream and not even a good one. It pills on top of my skincare and under make up so its useless during the day for me. I bought it for the massage tip but the metal balls just drag my under eye around and certainly don't massage the cream in as I expected, you end up with lines of cream and half the product back on the tip. You need to have a feather light touch to get a small amount of cream out when the cap is set to on and then somehow twist the cap to off without covering your floor in cream. My skin did not feel 'firmed, calmed or less hyperpigmented'. It's tinted so it changes the colour slightly but certainly not enough coverage to use as a concealer so I see no point in the tint for an eye cream.
