My chiropractor uses this himself and teaches his patients the importance of yoga and diet and correct spine health. If you don't know how to use this, don't.The foam is soft so Im not sure if it will last 2 years but Im hoping!

My chiro Dr. recommended this for my daughter and I. He gave the first one to us, but we needed one more and I couldn't believe that I found it on Amazon for $25.00 cheaper then what my Chiro Dr. was going to sell it for. This has helped the both of us so much. Great product and I highly recommend it. Just make sure you use it otherwise it's a waste of money.

These work like magic for fixing back pain. The only down side is you need to know how to use them and a xray of your spine from three different angles so you dont further the problem. They are not comfortable at first but with use your spine will adjust. I suggest consulting a chiropractor before using these.

Though it didn't work out for me, i think it's good product and well made. I used it for sometime but my medical condition wasn't right for this type of rehab exercises. Nonetheless, it's well made and durable.

The neck piece was awesome, felt better right away. Wife was sore on her lower back, laid on the wedge and something popped, and she was walking again, after needing a cane for a week before. If you know how to use it, it really works.
