ACANII - For 2006-2009 Volkswagen GTI Jetta Rabbit [Halogen Model] LED Halo Black Housing Projector Headlights Headlamps

I LOVE these headlights! I used them to replace my old foggy lights on my 09 Jetta project car. They look incredible with the clear lenses and dark housing, their build quality is very good for the price and they were easy to install and everything lined up correctly. Out of the box, the provided bulbs are bright enough but nothing too crazy. I'd highly recommend slapping some H1 LED bulbs in them in the future if you do want optimal brightness out of them. The LED halos are a brilliant bright white and the projector lenses really do a great a job at concentrating the light beam. Overall, these are incredibly good headlights. Would highly recommend these to anybody looking to snaz up their mk5 volkswagen!

I would have to give it a five-star due to the quality of the headlights, however for some reason in my vehicle, some parts like the turn signal on the right side and the fog light on the left side do not work. I do believe it is a problem unrelated to the headlights, however I cannot confirm anything because this problem only began after installing the headlights.

These lights were a straight-forward (plug in and go) install I love the updated look. Makes my 2010 look new again. I would recommend.

I like many others purchased this as Amazon said it would fit my Jetta GLI. The GLI and GTI have 12 pin wiring connectors on their headlights. These have 10 pin connectors. Unfortunately I noticed this after the return window. The solution is buying a 12 dollar set of 10 pin female connector pigtails, cutting off the factory 12 pin harness, and splicing on the 10 pin. When splicing the 10 pin pigtail on, match brown wire #5 from the factor harness and connect to #5&#7 on the new 10 pin pigtail. Then match factory 6 with 6, 8 with 8, 9 with 9, and 10 with 10. All other pins remain unused as these headlights don/s have adjustment motors in them. May need extra resistors installed for some LED components to avoid codes

They came with all the bulbs made it super easy just to install and ready to use love them super bright

I have the stock bi-xenon headlights so the connector has 12 pins, these are halogen so it uses 10 pins. I should have paid more attention when I bought these, I never want to work on another German car after this headache. Oh yeah Amazon also said this would fit after telling it what car I had so it lied to me

Pain in the butt to install, had to take the front bumper cover off and search for screws I dropped in the process. The look really awesome though, the brights are super bright. The only think I don’t like so far is that they don’t sit flush like the stock headlights did. They protrude outside the front fenders, it sure if I did something wrong or if that’s how they fit. I’d buy them again though.
