Great book and a different story every time
My son isn't keen on reading, so I bought this hoping it might interest him. He loves it and we've read it several times without going on the same journey once. I've learned to keep my finger in the previous page in case he changes his mind or we take a wrong turn. Thoroughly enjoyable. We do have to read it together as some of the words are too much for him, but he's learning which is great.

Lots of fun
I need to read this with my 6 and 4 year old but it's great fun to help them navigate twists, turns and dead ends. They also read the book by themselves for ages. Nice strong hardback. Lego figure is a hit.

Good for young Lego enthusiasts
My kids love reading this book and following the different paths through the ninja adventures. Images and fun facts are great. Stories and outcomes are a little one dimensional. But still great for young Lego enthusiasts.

Great book that the kids love
Ninjago mad son loves this book. We have a few ninjago books that we've read loads. This gives the power to my kids to choose the story and loads of different stories to follow.

A hit with a 6 year old Ninjago fan but not perfect
My six year old has been pouring over this interactive story book since it arrived, trying out the various story options available. It features a good number of decision paths, with around 120 pages and around 40 different endings, many of which end in mission failure with an accompanying moral(ish) lesson about why it was the wrong choice. The stories are quite shallow though and not all that easy to follow on the pages, which are crowded with Ninjago trivia and suggestions for things to build with Lego. My child loves it all the same, however. My only other gripe is that two thirds of the thickness of the book is basically a hollow plastic box. It allows the included Lego mini-figure to be recessed into the book but makes the book unnecessarily thick, taking up valuable book shelf space, and is also an unnecessary waste of plastic.
