At-The-Movies Popcorn & Coconut Oil Portion Packs-Case of 24 (4oz Kettle)

Been using another brand (GN) for years. No issues. However, this tastes much better. Worth a try.

Excellent flavor, fresh, buttery, maybe a little too salty but the beauty of these portion packs is you can dial that back if you prefer. Says 6oz but works perfectly in my 4oz kettle with a minor amount of unpopped kernels (still pops more than the other 4 brands I've tried so far).

Normally, I'm a White or colored kernel popcorn guy. However, I have a little need for theater flavored yellow popcorn every once and awhile, so I tried this packet type ready to pop yellow popcorn. I use a commercial style Waring popcorn machine and a 4oz kettle, so that's why this size packet. I do add Butter Burst to the flavored coconut oil to add more buttery taste. The flavor is excellent for a yellow kernel. (yellow will NEVER rival white or colored kernels for flavor!) The only drawback is dispensing the oil into the kettle. It's a little cumbersome, but once you master the technique, no big deal. All in all, an excellent popcorn experience!!

Tastes really good, almost as good as movie theater popcorn. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because it tasted stale as it cooled off. And we couldn’t keep any leftover to keep snacking on at room temperature because of the stale taste it would get. Which is weird. If you’re going to eat it all in one sitting while it’s hot, it’s great. But not after it cools down. Not sure what’s causing that, because the packs I had weren’t old. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I tried 3-4 of these popcorn pack brands and this is definitely the best. It's the closest to movie popcorn and almost all of the kernels pop. I use it in a home kettle (with the hand crank) on the cooktop and am careful not to use all of the salt, so I cut the top where it doesn't easily come out. Easy to use and stays fresh with one serving at a time.

Product is convenient and easy to use

I'm on my second case and a year and half of using this popcorn. I currently have an Orville Redenbacher popcorn popper. It fully pops 98% of the kernels. Plus, additional room for popping. Popcorn has a great simulated salted butter taste. I use this individual package about once a week during movie night. This will easily feed two hungry adults with the 6oz pack.

I requested a refund for this product even though it can't be returned. It is just not good despite what the reviews say. It is tasteless and I still need to add salt and oil to it. I don't know what the positive reviews are talking about or if they have ever had good popcorn. I like tasty popcorn. They said these were the best and that it tasted most like theater popcorn. I guess that is true if you are talking about the tasteless kind they pop and you later add butter to from the dispensers. I'm just going to have to throw this away. Even the popcorn kernels aren't very good and taste stale. I cooked it in a whirly-pop and it was well mixed. My girlfriend hated it too. Just buy coconut oil and popcorn salt and popcorn separately. These are quite expensive as well.
