I would like to try the product. Please advise.
I received the product tonight, opened the box and inside the box the banana purée had leaked all over. The seal had opened and spilled out the nozzle.I know it’s not returnable, but I feel I should either get a new bottle or a refund.

Great Product -- Bad Customer Service
Purchased this product; received it, but it was in a large ziploc bag, taped on sides, and the black pour spout was missing. I contacted customer service via email and was told (after several emails back and forth) that a replacement product would be sent (even though I just wanted the cap as this is not a standard size bottle) and yet still have not received anything from them. Am just disappointed that my request has been ignored and that they do not take my request seriously.

I have had other flavors from Monin that I thought better matched the actual taste of the particular fruit they were attempting to imitate.
