Pros: moisturizes, softens, reduces frizz, light sweet almond/fruit scent plays well with other products, thick and easy to apply, fairly clean formula, simple packaging, smooths curly hair without weighing it down, sensitive skin friendly, no coconut or palm oil, vegan, cruelty-free, rinses wellCons: When bought on Amazon, the price varies widely and depending on the seller. My review is for the authentic product.Bottom line: Highly recommended for now (July, 2020 in the US.) Acure changed many products and used cheaper, less effective formulas while charging more. They’ve tried to rebrand as a wellness line and many formulas are primarily cheap fillers. Hopefully, this conditioner won’t change.

Best conditioner I've ever used
Leaves my hair incredibly soft and refreshed. No need to wait a day or two for your natural oils to set in and remove the strangulated nature other hair products with more chemicals induce. Conditioner doesn't leave hair frizzy, but lush and flowing. Untangled and fresh is all you can expect with this product for your hair. The fragrance is light and pleasant. I look forward to buying again!

My favorite shampoo!
I love this shampoo! I am sensitive to smells, but this one has a natural scent that I adore. Not perfumey at all. I get complimented on my long hair often, and I like how this one seems to give me the moisture I want without over doing it, and brings out the shine, too.

I have medium length hair and THICK caucasian hair, this brings my natural waves out! No frizz or grease. Even if I don't use the matching shampoo first and I just do a CO-Wash then its STILL NOT greasy

Best shampoo I have used in a long time. Worth the cost. The 12 fl oz size lasted me over a month. I have curly hair and they have never looked better.

My hair is so soft after using this!

Makes your hair oily
This conditions my hair almost to much.I used to have really dry hair until I used this now I would say my hair is oily.Weird!!It definitely works to well,lots of oils in there and ofcourse that outrageous beautiful smell makes you use it so much so maybe that's why my hair is oily,bow I'm only using it every second wash if not then I have to wash my hair every 2 days where as I like ti wash my hair only twice a week.Worth the money.

Product was substituted with smaller version.
What I paid for and what I got were two different things. I paid for 12 fl. oz and received 8 fl. oz. this is terrible and Inam not impressed at all.
