Sizzix 660341 Big Shot Plus Starter Kit, White & Gray

Easy to use. A little bulky in size when my arthritis is acting up.

Sturdy, solid unit. Works very smoothly and cardstock is embossed evenly and beautifully. Excellent price considering the cost of the machine alone. I'd resisted buying a die cutting machine (I prefer punches and quilling instead), but the versatility (embossing AND die cutting) and the size (can fit an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet easily) of the Big Shot Plus won me over. Been using it heavily for a month now for Christmas cards (about 80) and not one issue so far and the results are stunning. Note that the Starter Kit contains more than the machine, 2 cutting pads (8-3/4 x 15"), platform, adapters A & B, and instruction book -- these items are what is sold as Sizzix 660340. This option (Sizzix 660341) also comes with: 1 BIGZ L cutting die, 13 Thinlits dies (1 envelope, leaves, flowers, tag, border, etc.), 1 Textured Impressions Plus embossing folder (dots pattern - does a full 8 1/2 x 11 page), and mixed colours of cardstock sheets (10 pages 5 1/2 x 6 double sided and 4 pages A4 size double sided). The additional items in the starter kit were useful in testing the machine when it came -- I didn't have any embossing folders or dies, so I wouldn't have been able to do much with just the machine itself. Really pleased with this option and the purchase.

wanted the cupcake die for ages. now I have a bigshot plus, just to get it.I read lots of different info on this die cut for if it would work in my big shot but couldn't find enough info or actual measurement of die, then they had the big shot plus on sale, so I got both. glad I did, now I can do larger crafts like this (which does need the larger big shot plus).Bous: I also got another box die made for the bigshot plus along with it. love this too. I have already made heaps of this one, it's so quick & easy.now i need to make some boxes.
