The Nun Valak - 8" Clothed Action Figure - NECA

As a huge fan of the Conjuring universe and the Nun (aka the demon Valak) in particular, I was excited to see NECA release a figure in her image. Owning a few other figures by NECA I knew they had a track record of producing high-quality, meticulously sculpted, film-authentic collectibles at relatively affordable retail price points, and this one doesn’t disappoint.At about 7 inches tall she stands just a shade taller than the standard “Ultimate” line of figures, and dons a cloth habit with belt tied around the waist. Included are two interchangeable heads – one with a plain expression, the other baring her teeth in a scary grimace – but no other accessories. The face sculpt is spot-on and depicts the distinct facial features of the actress to an almost eerie degree. I have not completely removed her from the package yet since I suspect she may have some trouble standing up by herself, but the open-front box makes for a pretty good display as-is so I’m not complaining. As I said a moment ago, she’d be slightly out of proportion next to Pennywise or Michael Myers anyway.But yeah, whether you are a fan of horror, collector of toys, or just like weird stuff in general, I’d say the nun is an awesome addition to anyone’s shelf and highly recommend picking it up if you get the chance.

The box is great really well done feels like real collectible that had fans in mind. My only issue is price, i bought on sale so not bad but most want $45 . The price should be $29

The nun figure came with two heads, art work is as pictured and box is sturdy for long term collection display. Would recommend!

Never saw the movies. Have no intentions of seeing them. I bought it because I had some very evil, sadistic nuns in Catholic school. They were sick people, truly. This figure sits on my shelf ( with the demonic head - you can switch the heads) as a reminder of the inate evil and cruelty they were allowed to perpetrate with abandon and no consequences. It is a sick and demented figure, just like the deranged "religious" women who were allowed to beat and humiliate us as children. Best money I've spent in a while.

It’s a very cool looking figure. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there is no holes in the feet if you want to use a stand with it. Although it stands up well on its own I feel like all figures should have those feet holes for stands.

This was a prized gift for a horror collector. We are more than pleased with this action figure. The details of the clothing are impressive and the extra head was a real value add. Great craftsmanship & worth every penny!

She is creepy cool I love scary nuns and this figure is excellent!! My only regret is I had a chance to buy one when they 1st came out and did not. Oh well better late then never .
